I as an information systems administrator for a mid sized company am inundated with SPAM on a daily basis. We are in the process of implementing a SPAM solution that is going to cost us dearly each year and will probably go up as does the amount of SPAM. This act needs to be enacted and enforced diligently. Something needs to be done to put an end to this crisis. It is costing hundreds of millions of dollars a year to fight this and it needs to stop.
