- This whole premise of Opt-Out is crap!!!! I am getting 500 percent more junk e-mail now than before this ACT!!! It MUST be changed to Opt-In!!! - How does the ACT intend to be enforced on 'senders' that originate OUTSIDE the US??? Half of my increased junk mail or more is now coming from (or at least is addressed from) countries outside the US...
