Are you kidding or what? The above questions need the help of a lawyer to understand. I'm sure it wold be easy to determine what the average person wants and don't want to see in his inbox. Maybe a series of spam filters be set up and all unsolicited email be passed through it. Then each user could "sign up" for which filtered mail they want to get. Personnally, I would like a law be passed that stops all unsolicited email from anybody that the purpose of the email is to sell me something, or ultimately provide information to sugest I buy something.
