Spam is *any* unwanted EMail, either to sell something or to deliver unwanted content such as viruses and other hostile content. "Do Not Spam" lists presume that we actually *want* Spam in the first place!!! That is a false premise. The correct presumption is that *nobody* wants spam in their EMail boxes. It's more appropriate to form a "Please Spam Me, I'm Stupid!" list. It will be much easier to manage since it will be MUCH smaller!
