This act is long overdue and I commend the agencies acting on behalf of the aggravated and beseiged US consumer. My only hope is that the act will have sufficient sanction and will enable enforcement agencies to act aggressively to address the SPAM menace. I do wish that SPAM of a sexually suggestive or pornographic nature be treated as a special category with even greater sanction due to the impact of such messages on young people.
