C. 10 days.... if the message can be sent to me electronicly, I should be able to be taken off the list electronicly in, lets be gernerous, 10 seconds. D. add the following as aggavated violations: ---Email accounts that cannot be answered or do not have a person to read them, i.e. automated email accounts. --Emails that do not have an op-out provision. I don't pay for mass postal mailing, why should I pay for mass emailing? When I pay my ISP for time I am paying for the emails by paying for download time.
