D. add the following as aggavated violations: ---Email accounts that cannot be answered or do not have a person to read them, i.e. automated email accounts. --Emails that do not have an op-out provision. I don't pay for mass postal mailing, why should I pay for mass emailing? When I pay my ISP for time I am paying for the emails by paying for download time.
