1.Make it a law ,punishable by fines, that any unwanted. PORN ads sent to persons will be tracked down and action taken, resulting in jail terms for the porn Emailer if he continues to send the offending porn ads. 2. IF the above law is broken again by the same Spamer make the spam sender to be found guilty and serve 5 years in jail. 3. Provide a "NO SPAM" sign up list for all who want it and if Spam Emailers send unwanted mail to those listed on it, provide the law breakers with fines and/or years in Jail if found guilty.
