I can't figure out how to view the proposed ACT, so I am not fully informed on the language. I wanted to take the opportunity to voice my support for any legislation that will limit the offensive ads that continue to pour into my email account. I shudder to think that my teenage sons will also be receiveing ads like these, some with pornographic pictures right there in the body of the email. I don't care if it is considered freedom of expression, I should be able to have the freedom from unintentional exposure to explicit emails.
