F.1. How can anyone possibly enforce these rules when viruses, Trojan horses, "spying" software and other types of technology (and hackers) are getting more and more sophisticated and viscious and some even have software designed to constantly "learn" how to change anything in the message, sender info, subject line to try to get a person to respond? How are we (as victims of these) going to know anything has been done to curtail these senders? Right now, I have an email system which allows me to make "rules" for various span or other incoming emails. I currently have at least a dozen rules TRYING to stop or curtail both commercial and pornographic incoming emails but those rules (no matter how much detail I specify in them) cannot keep up with these commercial and pornographic senders! Software is written so the subject, message body, sender info is constantly changing to try to get messages thru to valid URL's. Unfortunately, these NON-solicited emails just misspell a word, "imply" a word in their message, or down and out LIE and resend the messages from (supposedly) different URL's. Usually, the message content has NOTHING to do with the "subject" line - or there is NO subject at all! And, if the email includes a link to "opt out" of receiving the mail, you can GUARANTEE if you use that link, you will get MORE mail than you ever imagined! PLUS, pornographic XXX PHOTOS are being sent - without being solicited or regulated! IT DISGUSTS ME and there is no way to stop them and no way to enforce any rules or regulations!
