I believe every email regardless of who or where or what should have a valad return address. I can get softwear to handle most of the problems or delete what I dont want to view. I really see no reason for government intervention here. There are enough laws if they were to be enforced to nab the bad guys without new laws that would be hard if not impossible to carry out and enforce. Small business is regulated enough already.What we need are better spam filters with more personel control over what comes in.
