A3 Comment: Advertisers could be required to place a special word in the subject, eg, "adv" to distinguish it as a commercial message. Then I could easily filter it out with my own software. B: The seven look OK to me. D. Aggravated violations: Add: Use of special characters or misspellings to disguise real key words that I could other wise filter, such as viigra, v1agra, v-i-a-g-r-a, Viàgrà, Viágrá, Viâgrâ, Viãgrã, Viägrä, & Viågrå. E4: Both the original sender of the email message and whose product, service or web site is advertised in the message AND Each person who forwards the message to another person should be required to give an "opt out" privilege.
