Obviously whatever you are already regulating is not wqorking. I get 3 to 400 spam messages a week. This MUST be stopped. I do not want them. I should not ever be expected to pay for them. If anyone is to pay for spam it should be the organization that is sending it out. Not the innocent recipients.
