sec.A #3-The end results money being exchanged for a product,service or advice netting a profit. sec.C#1- Taking into account that people have personnal commitments, a job(s) to attend, plus two days of each week considered traditional non-bussiness days, it would be fairer to allow a minimum of 21 days to perform any resemblance of proper research and still allow a company 24-30 days for their book keeping. Companies rely on quick sales pitches to hook an emotional response. Many times over a elderly citizen cannot keep up with fast talkers and are caught off guard. The same holds true for the young and inexperianced. At least allow these 'customers' a chance to catch their breath and seek some advice. sec.D#1- Yes. "Free" informational advice for a 'cause' or political opinon by any public figure. (movie,radio,music or television personalities)
