There should be extremely strict regulations on this aspect. I waste much time daily just deleteing spam from my Director's account. Most of this is due to erroneous subject lines that have "gotten around" spam filters by cleverly using words like: "pen1s enlargement" and $exual plea$sure". As a result our IT has 'flagged' huge amounts of words for our spam filter to catch and many legitimate business emails are now preceded by" [spam check]. I'm sick of seeing raunchy ads.
