A-3. I do not know. B-1 Transactional or relationship Message: Only if the consumer has AUTHORIZED notification of updates, recalls and frequent newsletters, should they be allowed. Companies that continually try to sell consumers upgrades, warranties etc should be prohibited. I have never ordered medications online nor visited any porn sites, yet I am inundated with offers to buy meds or to click on a link for porn.
