I don't understand many of the questions you ask or how to answer them and don't have the time to sit and read the existing Law. All I know is apparently it's not working well. I get so much spam it's sickening. I have 2 young grand daughters and anytime either wants to use my email to send something to a friend, I have to first check my inbox to delete any subject line specific crap I get, such as; Viagra,Penis,Dick, etc etc. If I don't ask for it, I DON'T WANT IT. It's that simple. Most of the spam emails I get have the option of the bottom to stop it. When I click on 99% of them, they are a non-existant page so I can't opt out. 100% of the senders addresses are bogus,so I can't email them to tell them to stop sending me their crap scam. THAT should be illegal right along with sending the unsolicited spam. I want ALL spam stopped now.
