Gentlemen: The Can-Spam Act is clear enough. What we now need is immediate enforcement of it. And a major publicity campaign about the enforcement so that every spammer knows they will be fined or imprisoned if they disobey this law. Start a Do Not Spam list also, and enforce it. Hire some hacker geeks to trace these spammers down and arrest them. Do not waste any more time discussing it or deciding what is spam and what isn't. Everyone knows what it is. What we now need is some action on your part. Enforce the law now!!! It is getting worse every day, and the new law is a joke to spammers, unless you act now. PLEASE ACT NOW!!!!
