D 1 - use of ambiguous and/or arbitrary verbiage in subject lines of messages designed with the purpose of defeating anti-spam filters should be punishible by fines and/or imprisonment. F1 In addition to a "do not Email" registry there also needs to be a "do not Pop Up" registry. Popups advertisements are costing billions of dollars in lost productivity and man hours. The Pop up is an unsolicited advertisement delivered to a computer by running a program on a private citizen's computer. This is tantamount to invasion of privacy, trespass on private property and theft of resources available. I believe it should be criminalized and punishable with imprisonment of corporate officers using these tactics to hijack private property without the consent of the owner. That equals theft and a violation of civil and constitutional rights.
