At the company where I work, I receive about 50 spam messages each day. Our company has about 20000 email users so the sheer volumn of this trash can crash our entire system. In order for this law to be effective, the enforcement has to be strict and very expensive for the violator. The lastest trick these people use is to mis-spell words in the subject line and in the body of the message in order to get past our spam filters and these people need the most severe enforcement.
