A. The sole purpose of email facility should be at the discretion of the sender (or reciever) as private, personal and not subject to "Popups", "spam" or any other invaision of privacy. F. As a "private" user of any email system, I should have the right to put my name and email address on a National Do Not Email Registry. I pay for the equipment and the service that transmits my messages. No one should be allowed to bombard me with commericial messages unless I allow them to do so.
