I don't understand most of your questions. I do know that I spend considerable time each day cleaning my computers of unwanted "SPAM" messages. I think they should be stopped entirely. I am developing innovative uses of the computer and SPAM is a great detriment to my work. I think something as effective as the "Do NOT Call Law" should be implemented, with teeth in it.
