"DO NOT EMAIL" Means EXACTLY what it states! If I don't want to receive unsolicited email from advertisers and Spammers, then They should comply with the rule, PERIOD. Personal friends emailing me links, to their webpages and/or websites, and/or to other information resources, for any purpose, should be exempt- because I requested such links. But businesses who shower me with all kinds of commercial emails, and website links, UNLESS I REQUEST IT, should LEAVE ME ALONE. Every SPAMMER should pay me $100 in cash or moneyorder for every JUNKMAIL they send me- or they should pay for my internet service provider directly. The "Opt Out" thing DOES NOT WORK- each time you "Opt Out" from receiving any more JUNKMAIL, the Sender SELLS your name and email address to other business, while the JUNKMAIL KEEPS COMING! All that JUNK is rendering me unable to communicate with my personal friends thru email, because ALL THAT JUNK is filling my email inbox over quota!
