If there is a possibility of implementing a NDNDR, It would be hoped the implementation of (National do Not Email Registry) would be more effective than the Do Not Call list. The notice on such mails to 'opt out' should be much simpler. I have tried to 'opt out' of commercial emails and have not been able to access the opt out page. It says you can on the email but there will be no address to click or an address that is unattainable. As an idividual, I have to use computer space to install programs to eliminate pop up ads and email spam. These things should be by request only. Thank you for your indeavers and I would hope something of this kind can be implemented and inforced.
