I do not like receiving porn messages or personal messages to meet someone of opposite sex. Also do not want to receive unsolicited business messages for the most part although some may be legal and informative. Regardless I never read them, but just delete any mail from people I dol not know or am not doing business with. In addition I am being dunned by a corporation who I have purchased 3 different computers from over the past 9 years. This is the DELL, INC corporation. I like there computers and their tech department is quite helpful. The financial department on the other hand is staffed with unhelpful and unknowledgeable people who are from another country and work for peanuts from India. They are not even in a DELL office. They refuse to help in a polite way, they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor or office manager. If they do put you through to someone, it is the same kind of person who acts the same way. Will not listen, think, figure the math,etc. You cannot ever get anybody who is in charge that can solve a problem. I TRULY BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO TREAR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY---DO NOT LET THE CUSTOMER SPEAK TO ANYBODY IN CHARGE. Thank you.
