1. Ban explicit sexual email and prosecute to the full extent of the law. 2. Do not allow sites to give an option of third party email, this opens the site to sell the email name to anyone. 3. Do not allow sites to have boxes checked without the consent of the person filling out forms. 4. Have an email location where emails maybe sent if they violate the law. Make it manditor that each isp provide the site and forward it to the appropriate government agency if it is considered unauthorized spam mail and a confirmation after submitted to the government site be sent to the person who submitted the spam. 5. The person reporting the spam should keep a copy and if no acknowledgement in 30 days, there should be a government site to report the problem. 6. I don't want to have the government to regulate everything in the net, but I do expect the government to protect us from this constant irritation
