I strongly believe that unwanted e-mail solicitations should be treated in the same way as unwanted phone solicitations. My computer and my phone are paid for by ME and are for MY convenience only. Commercial soliciations are considered an invasion of my privacy. Please enact and enforce regulations that put a stop to commerical e-mailers.
