Since the passage of the federal act, I have noticed no change in the amount of Spam I receive. Minnesota has had an anti-spam law on the books, and it has not slowed the amount of spam I have received. It has to not only control commerial messages sent by companies in the United States, but also individuals sending spam and spam generated from outside the United States. If it does not, your whole effort is just blowing smoke.
