Section A Question 1: You're missing the boat. It doesn't matter if an email's primary purpose is commercial or not. What matters is if it comes to my inbox UNSOLICITED. Email is a personal one-to-one messaging medium and there is no place for spammers to just send out millions of unsolicited messages whether commercial or not. Section B:Again off track. Spam has nothing to do with the content of the email. It has to do ONLY with if it was solicited. None of the selections listed would be considered spam IF I had solicited them. All would be if they came unsolicited. Sec C: This is all about computers, folks. It should be instantaeous, you say you want out, you should be out. No time delay. Computers can do it. SecE1 Ques.2They're all in violation! Email address is mine, not for distribution unless I say so!
