A majority of "Pop Up Ads" are placed on the users computer, by the advertiser, with a program that "in acts" or "releases" the Pop Up at a predetermined time, triggered by "key" words or actions. I feel it is unconstitutional to place products within my home or office with out my express consent. I would never think of putting a skunk in some one's office, so why are advertisers allowed to place their ads in my computer. I would like to see a law prohibiting entities from loading their insturments or advertisments into my computer.
