The easy way to stop these spammers is to go after the money behind the spam. Once the money dries up so go the spammers. Just set up some sting operation and wait for the spam to come rolling in. Order the product(s) and from the account information, credit card debit information, then go after the accounts and clean them out. Keep doing it till they get the message.
