Since many American companies have moved there address and contact ability to overseas companies who work in the name of the American company this should be addressed in the Can-Spam act. I have my name on the Do Not Call List yet I still recieve calls from overseas telemarketers for American companies who use callers from overseas and can then bypass the laws here in America. This should be included in the Can-Spam act or these two lists of opt-outs are useless.
