Whenever people go to a website to look at at anything, they should not receive pop-ups, nor should they have to put up with receiving any junk mail from that particular site, nor sites connected in any way with that one site. And, when a person opts out or unsubscribes from the one web site , they should be unsubscribed or opted out from all of them. Each person on the internet should only have to receive emails from who they want to receive emails from period. End of story.
