Eliminate ALL types of address gathering except direct online request from the originator. Do not allow group sending from the originator. Restrict all adult site type emailing. Restrict all "send to # friends". Restrict ALL emails sending attachments since this is how virus are sent. Provide severe punishments for violators without exceptions. Do allow group emails to valid subscribers such as members of organizations.
