I have requested many e-mailers to stop mailing and remove my address. This seems to cause an increase in the number of mailings I receive. Also many ot the messages neglect to include a way to op-out. The addresses from which the mail originates is totally false and causes the Post Master to reject their mail requesting removal. Often the same message is received from many unknown senders. Now there are innumerable vendors of prescription drugs whose ads consist of garbage messages without identification of the sender or a methods to opt-out!!
