Comments:
A. Something is commercial if they are asking you buy a product or to visit their web site to look at a product or offer. B. I don't think anyone should be allowed to send me an e-mail unless I've subscribed to receive such an e-mail My general impression of spam is if I give a company my e-mail address then THEY (not someone they sold/gave the list to) have the right to e-mail me, other wise I should not hear from others. The SPAM that bugs me the most are "increase your penis" and various other sexual oriented e-mails.
