1. I have received spam that has no way of opting out or an email address that can be contacted concerning opting out. More recently. 2. Numerous senders continue to send spam which I have opted out. Most of it has no reasonable justification for having been sent to me. For example: Penis enlargement. I am 71 years old and have been married to the same woman since 1955. She seems to be happy with what I have. I also receive a lot of requests to join a dating service even though I have notified the original senders that I am not interested. 3. I think that the senders of spam should be required to have an honest to goodness request for their stuff before they send it. That is , each sender needs a separate and independent request from their "victims". In turn, each victim should have the right to opt out at any time and if they are able to provide proof of opting out, should be able to proceed with legal action, if it becomes necessary.
