I want to be on a national do not e-mail list. If the forward by a friend list includes those people who get access to huge address lists and send unsolicited e-mail to people they do not know, then I think they should be included on the do not e-mail list. If it means personal friends who send info (jokes, inspirational, pictures, etc.) that happens to have commercial ads, I do not think it should be included. I use a filter on my e-mail but still get entirely too much unsolicitated e-mail. It is time consuming and irritating to have to go through it all the time. I delete things from people or companies I do not know. I also would like to see the above regulations written in simplier language. I was not even sure what the first couple of questions was saying and I am a college graduate.
