I beleive that an Opt Out list should be set up the way the telemarketers list is made. Any spammers that violate it should be fined $100,000 for the first time and $500,000 for each time after. If you people want to regulate the freedom of speech on radio and TV then you better start cracking down on Viagra and Penis enlargement crap that I get in my emails. Also anyone that sells an email address to anyone else should be fined $500,000 too. That is my input.
