I am South African. I just wanted to ask you to include somehow the concept that "borrowing" email addresseses from OTHER countries, and sending to other countries, is also illegal. Since your laws came into effect I am seeing far more spam coming from addresses in our own domain (co.za) as well as from Europe. We are not protected by our own laws, and I suspect that YOUR legislation is encouraging spammers to avoid.com addresses, and rather use other domains in the "from" line. Although we South Africans can't prosecute under your law, at least when you do prosecute we will be included.
