We need a post office for email. If conventional mail were free, I would need a trash bag to get my paper mail. No stamp on the email, no cost, just return to sender. That protects consumers and small businesses from having their email address hijacked and being billed for a spammers actions. Maybe this will help the post office with it's money issues too. Another great part of this would be that a common micro payment system would be needed for everyone that sends email. That would help a lot of small publishers like us, that would like to be able to charge small fees for some content on the web, occasionally. Therefore, the govt. would be moving into the future by beginning to create an electronic currency system, which needs to happen anyway. Just rermember the key point, no stamp, return to sender. Thank you.
