The current CAN-SPAM Act falls far short in being effective at reducing spam. I should not have to opt out of mail lists to stop receiving spam. Spam that says that you agreed to receive it because of a partner site is used far too many times. They should not be able to use this ruse without identifying who the main site supposedly is. I still receive a incredable amount of spam that violates the law so as to enforcement, I say it's virtually non existant. Need tougher laws with less loopholes and alot more enforcement.
