Simply put: 1 - Requirer a VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS IN THE HEADER 2 - Require an OPT-OUT VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS 2a-Require a REPLY when OPT OUT is sent 3 - Make the SUBJECT MATTER agree with the HEADER 4 - Design a SIMPLIFIED COMPLAINT FORMAT such as a dot.gov E-mail address to forward the SPAM message to for action 5 - Fine the hell out of spammers 6 - JUST DO IT -- :-)
