All email advertizing/spamming is ultimately the responsibility of the product or service being advertized Every email message should be required to have a DIRECT LINK TO THE ADVERTIZED BUISNESS/SERVICE who would be soley responsible for taking email addresses off spammers lists. If this fails to stop unwanted email a complaint AGAINST THE BUSINESS/SERVICE can be filed and they would be fined for each on going occurance to an email address that opted out through the link. Shifting the ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ADVERTIZING BUSINESS/SERVICE would eventually elminate spamming without the use of high technology or filtering.
