SPAM should be OPT IN NOT OPT OUT. If I want spam I'll ask for it. I dont want to be sent anything for any reason whatsoever if I havent specifically requested it. I havent seen any reduction if spam since jan. I also refuse to click the opt out because it is a well known and widely publisized fact that spammers will send you more spam when they know your email is valid
