I am a consumer and not a sender of these types of mailings. I have become VERY upset at the ISP's because they install their own filters to stop what they consider spam BEFORE it reaches me. However, I subscribe to various newsletters containing advertisements and I WANT to receive them. When they are prevented from reaching me, I consider it censoring my mail. I don't want a third party deciding what I should not receive. I'd prefer to have someone stand at the end of my driveway at night and stop the person who is throwing the paper full of nothing but ads into my yard. That's litter!
