Please consider the limiting factors of this legislation on legitamate small businesses! I agree porn promoters should be stopped, but the sweeping nature of this legislation would make it almost impossible for me to market my values-based planning business, targeted to business owners. My potential customers subscribe to my e-zine by choice for its helpful ideas, and offer them more services when interested. This would make my activity illegal.
