This is a slippery slope to destruction of an unintended (and very large) set of honest business people ? providers of legitimate publications that online consumers ASK TO RECEIVE. They're not who CAN-SPAM was designed to put out of business, but this requirement will very likely have that effect.I don?t like getting ?junk mail? in my mail box either, but you I do not need for you to mandate excessive limitations because I know how to throw it away.
