However, I am deeply concerned aboutthe proposed requirement for businesses to maintain suppression lists. As a single person conmpany it would severly hamper my ability to communicate with even the limited number of people I do now - (several hundred). .I was shocked about the potential problems thisruling could invoke, and plead with you in the strongest possible terms to reconsider its implementation as I it will cause more harm than benefit.Respectfully,Lee Holden, Small Business Owner
