However, I don't believe the proposed requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists is the right way to go.So much damage will be done to legitimate businesses, that I ask you to think this through carefully.I pray that God will guide you in this decision.These suppression lists could easily fall into the hands of spammers.Why not ban the development and sale of bulk email programs and email address harvester software?Respectfully,Denis GardnerNew Hampshire, USA
