Regarding the CANSPAM bill/rules/laws etc... I have the right to be able to contact my customers. I do NOT sell thier lists, I contact them not even once a few months by email, it is a necessary part of my business to be able to contact people who request info and opt in to my information. A blanket list that excludes me from sending to them even when they opt-in will KILL MY BUSSINESS and MANY MORE. There are a ' few' idiots out there who blast people, MY customers are PRECIOUS, they are TREASURES, I polish them, I give them free things, I treat them like gold, I respond to them fast. THIS is how you treat your customers, DO NOT punish the 99% of the good people because of the 1% bad. DO YOUR JOB and go after the bad ones. Make rules for the bad ones, do NOT make rules that affect us good ones. My business is responsible for about $100,000 in cash flow ( not profit) last year. I stay in touch with my customers via email, email is a God send of communications and human advancement. Please...go after the bad guys..not us good guys.Thank you.Steven HarrisCEO KnowledgePublications.com
